A great place to start is reviewing your current situation.  And what better to start with than a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).  This type of an evaluation helps you to look at all aspects to employment at your company and select levers to prioritize for improvement.  

Accessibility should not be an add-on, it should be at the heart of design (universal design).  But we have to fix what we have already created as well.
